The apartment is very large (it has two bathrooms with shower, kitchen, lounge, terrace, 4 bedrooms, storeroom and cellar), central (next to Migros, Denner and bus stop), and is occupied by 3 other nice students from Ticino (an economics student and two students of law)."

A bathroom and toilets separated. And a balcony. The situation is great, at less than 10' walk from everything (shops, train, clubs, etc.). The flat is shared by 2 other students."

This apartment is near the University of Pérolles (2 walks!!!), near the bus stop (under the flat!!), 10 min from the station, 15 min from the University of Misericordes and 5 min from the supermarket Migros and Denner. The apartment has three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom, kitchen, a small living room, terrace and cellar. There is the possibility of using the laundry once every two weeks. Description: "We are looking for three students who would like to take over our contract. We live in three rooms in the hall of residence Complex Etudiant. 
The hall of residence is situated in a calm environment, just 3 minutes from the city center (train station, commercial centers, Uni Miséricorde, Uni Beauregard).
The rooms are furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and washbasin). Kitchen and bathroom (2 WC, shower, bathtub) are on the floor. Moreover there are two day rooms (one for smokers) with television, billiard table, table football and a washroom with washing machine and drier at disposal for everyone."
